The owners of Sabile Cider bewery are the Circeņu family – Aldis and Baiba. The idea of ​​a cider house arose both in the cultivated home garden in the Sabile area with old, large apple trees, and through acquaintance with the ancient cider tasting and production traditions in cider powerhouses such as England and France.

The owners’ love for gastronomy and wine culture has inevitably led them to a beverage made from apples. Cider has proven to be the missing element on the shelves of beverage stores to complement meals prepared from local products in the characteristic Latvian culinary manner.

During the summer season, Sabile Cider House opens its doors to Sabile residents, visitors, and passersby. Here, one can both enjoy a glass of cold Sabile cider and taste and purchase various wines from Latvian winemakers.
