Branch of the Roja Marine Fisheries Museum 8211 Kaltene Club

Established in 2018, the branch of the oja Marine Fisheries Museum features an informative exhibition on the history of the Kaltenes village and the building itself. It also hosts an open collection titled “Fishing on the Northern Kurzeme Coast in the 20th Century” and an exhibition dedicated to sailing ships built on this coast. Guided tours are available for groups, allowing visitors to explore the historic building, visit one of the few open-air museum collections in Latvia, and take a guided tour of the ancient fishing village.
