Traditional flavors of the Livonians at the „Ūši” campsite

Enjoy traditional Livonian dishes such as sklandrauši (a pie made of rye flour with carrot and potato filling), bukstiņbiezputra (barley porridge with potatoes), and more. Lunches, tastings, and masterclasses are available.

Sklandrauši baked in Ūši are marked with the indication of Guaranteed Traditional Peculiarities. During the warm season, sklandrauši can be purchased at the campsite booth.

Meals for tourist groups are available upon request during the warm season and are offered in the great outdoors. Reservation is required at least 3 days in advance, specifying the time and the number of lunch participants. Groups of up to 50 people are accommodated.

Want to learn the secrets of making sklandrauši? Participate in a masterclass! Curious individuals have the opportunity to discover new knowledge about ancient cuisine and actively participate in the sklandrauši baking process.

To arrange the time for the masterclass, please confirm at least 3 days in advance, indicating the number of participants. The cost is 12.00 EUR per person, with a minimum charge of 60.00 EUR. Children up to 3 years old, accompanied by parents, can participate in the masterclass for free. The maximum number of participants is no more than 12 people. The masterclass takes approximately 2 – 2.5 hours.

Also offered is a hiking route “From Rēvele’s Sprats to Riga’s Gold” with sprat tasting, as well as various cultural and historical routes in Kolka and the surrounding area.
