Camping/ Guest house “Melnsils”.

“Melnsils” is a relaxation spot where you can enjoy peace by the sea, surrounded by nature. The resort is located right on the seashore, just 5-10 meters away from the water. Each of its cabins is designed based on historical events and ancient sea folk tales. The cottages are situated directly on the seafront, offering panoramic views of the sea and the Slītere forest landscape. Melnsils is a place to discover, fall in love with, and return to again and again! It is part of the Slītere Nature Reserve, giving the place a special aura.

During the summer season (May-September), there are up to 130 bed spaces available, and during the winter season (October-April), there are up to 70 bed spaces. In total, there are 37 different accommodations available, ranging from small huts to spacious holiday homes with all amenities.

Additionally, there is a seaside sauna building and sauna services, two hot tubs for relaxation by the sea, a fish smoking workshop, and various other activities. Camping with a trailer is also possible. The toilet and summer shower are located on the camping grounds and are available 24/7. The warm shower is accessible from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. You can prepare your own breakfast, lunch, and dinner or enjoy them at the campground tavern, which is open from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Trailer spaces during the summer season need to be booked in advance.

The campground offers various activities, including cycling, hiking, and SUP rental. There are playgrounds for children and a mini zoo for exploration.
