The house has 2 floors, each with a terrace.

The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sauna, shower and toilet.

The second floor boasts a 30 m2 bedroom with a queen-size bed, a work desk and a separate entrance from the outdoor terrace. There is a sofa bed in the kitchen and on the second floor.

Both floors are connected by stairs from the outdoor terraces.
