A 140m2 large log house with a sauna, located on the shores of Lake Pāce and Lake Baložezers, just 2m away from the water. Suitable for living both in winter and summer.

The ground floor features a kitchen, shower and toilet facilities with heated floors, a Latvian sauna, a hall with a fireplace, dishes, a washing machine, a microwave, and a refrigerator.

The place is suitable for family vacations: swings, a sandbox, a witch’s house, and a suitable swimming area.
