The guest house is located in a great location - right by the sea, just a few steps from the beautiful rocky Kaltene seaside. Here you can enjoy unforgettable sunrises.
The guest house has a banquet hall with a fireplace, suitable for various types of events, up to 55 people. The guest house has 8 rooms, from three-bed rooms to five-bed rooms, for larger companies. A fully equipped kitchen is available for guests. There are also 3 cottages with 4 beds each and a refrigerator on the territory of the guest house. A small luxury room with its own bathroom and TV is also available separately. The guest house also has a sauna and a swimming pool, a sports field for activities, a fire place, a swing. Catering is also provided for larger companies.
“Kaltenes liepziedi” weekend house
A great place to spend time. Enjoy the tranquility of Kurzeme right on the rocky coast of Kaltenes, where you can witness magnificent sunrises and observe the serene life of waterfowl. The two-story house features two bedrooms, a relaxation area, TV, kitchen, and shower. Comfortable sleeping arrangements are provided for 4 guests, with an additional 2 extra spaces available for an extra fee. Additionally, sauna and hot tub facilities are available for an extra charge. Free parking is available on the enclosed premises. Adjacent territory includes a relaxation area, grill, children’s playground, and sports field.
Holiday House ‘Silupes’
The holiday house is located in Roja, 50m from the rocky beach of Roja. The house features a living room and 2 bedrooms with double beds, equipped kitchen, toilet, and a sauna available for an additional fee. There is also an outdoor terrace.
Wi-Fi internet is provided, along with a spacious fenced garden area with a grill, garden furniture, and convenient parking for cars. During the summer season, we offer organically grown garden produce.

“Saules Avoti” provides accommodation with free WiFi, a children’s playground, water sports facilities and free private parking. This recently renovated holiday home is located 4.6 km from Spāre Evangelical Lutheran Church and 20 km from Latvian Agricultural Museum. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. All units come with a terrace with lake views, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a stovetop, and a private bathroom with shower. Some units are air conditioned and include a seating and/or dining area and a flat-screen TV. At the holiday home, each unit is equipped with bed linen and towels.

Onboard, you will find 5 splendid cabins with portholes and spacious beds. Indulge in leisurely relaxation on the sun deck or warm up in the sauna. For your convenience, we provide a galley with kitchen appliances and utensils. All safety and rescue equipment are provided.

Just a 15-minute walk away, you’ll find a local shop and tavern, offering the opportunity to buy smoked fish from nearby fishermen. For hunting enthusiasts, game meat products are available at the neighboring home manufacturer producer, “Wild’N’Free.” From the end of June, forest enthusiasts can go into the woods for mushroom or berry picking.”
